Symphony Bars - the one with the toffee bits inside
Plain old Hershey's bar - or Hershey's chocolate bar with almonds...
Snickers is like "Old Faithful", it has never let me down.
Skor - one of those candy bars that no one seems to like, I happen to love...
I could go on and on...

Dove Dark Chocolate Hershey's Dark Chocolate
Trader Joe's Dark Chocolate
anyone's dark chocolate anything
And I obsessed over dark chocolate BEFORE they said it's good for you - that just gave me a license to eat more. Though with that kind of license I think the flavonoids and the extra calories might cancel eachother out. Oh well.

The Symphony bars are off the hook - I used to work at a Pizza restaurant and every Friday the owner would stock up on chocolate to help the night go a little faster. The symphony bars with the toffee and nuts - were always devoured in a couple of minutes.
Snickers are a classic - also Twix can be great for a fix.

Kit Kat bars - although I can't think of a candy bar that I do not love, it seems that I will typically reach for a Kit Kat. There is just something perfect about them. The crunch...the chocolate...the aroma...ahhhhh
Unfortunately, I have not had a candy bar in months. Somehow that seems to have helped me lose 30 pounds that I have accumulated over the years.
cheers...Steve

The name not being a factor (promise!), I really like Sky Bars! Four different flavours in one candy bar... mmmm. I'm also a fan of original Cadbury Eggs, if they count as a candy bar. Chocolate covered gooey goodness... mmmmm.

Sky bars? never heard of them - but nice one with the Cadbury eggs. When I was younger and still playing with Barbies (last year....jk....kinda...no really) I used to make my mom buy tons of cadbury eggs - to represent fondue bowls - for a "Barbie Fondue Party" All of my barbies, even Skipper - would be covered in sugar, sporting cadbury egg yolk dreadlocks, and stuck to one another. At the end of course - I'd scarf down the whole egg (or fondue bowl)...good times....

Dark chocolate caramels with *sea salt*? That's interesting... haven't heard of those before. I'll have to check out this sweet, yet salty, treat.

Fran's has some incredible stuff. She is also a great lady. We recently had her talk at our Business Expo about her book. Neat lady - the folks at University Bookstore made the arrangements.
Having had a wholesale bakery years ago where I bought chocolate by the ton (literally), I can attest to the great chocolates they produce. Salt does add to the flavor of the chocolate.
You might also try Oh Chocolate! They have a couple of locations. One in downtown Bellevue and the other in Madison Park. Stop in and get a special treat.
cheers...Steve
