There are many ways to go about  dealing with keepsake memories of the big event.  

Buy a bunch of the disposable cameras from Costco and place them on the seats.  Then encourage everyone to snap away at various times.   Have them get them developed with duplicates and send you a copy (along with the negatives).

There is almost always one person who takes great pictures. Talk to them about taking the really important pictures.

Put up a wedding website where your guests can post their hi-res pictures that they take the day of the wedding.

For a wedding album, try a site like:
www.picaboo.com
www.onetruemedia.com
www.shutterfly.com
www.mypublisher.com
